I have shimano, abu and penn. I vote for the penn especially for saltwater. I have two 965 and two of the new 225LD. Can't be beat.<br /><br />I keep a few of the Shimano bait-runner spin reels for beginner fisher people due to the simple ease of casting, but you will always see me with a casting reel.
