Prime rib roast, rolled in kosher salt, rosemary, and fresh ground pepper. Rotisserie with wood smoke till the center was 140 degrees.... Turned out perfect with lots of time to drink beer from start to finish. Will try LF's pulled pork next time. Hope you all had a nice holiday.
