I have a Johnson Tracker 40 oil injected motor Model number TJ40ELESR Serial number G02547595. I am wondering if someone could tell me what is the year of make for this model and serial number?

If you look at the model number, TJ40ELESR, the E and the S are indicators of the model year. The letters used spell out I-N-T-R-O-D-U-C-E-S, where each letter equals a number in this order 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9. So "CC" is 1988 and "ES" is 1990. The R is a meaningless end run suffix.
