your engine was produced somewhere between 1969 and 1978,the book I have is intertec service manual 11th edition although it dosn't give mne the exact year it does have service data for that engine.-+ pretty informative. this volume#1 covers motors below 30 hp from 1969.

My Seloc manual says 1967 starts with 2098352, and 1968 starts with 2290663. Yours would be a '67.<br />God Fishin' !
