What year Merc 200 20HP thunderbolt

Looks like the serial # is 4054126 im having problems with it cutting out and bogging down almost like the gears are slipping but Im really new to this so I figgured a great place to start would be to find out what year it is

Post it up as a question.. You will get good advice on here..<br />You will need to be specific about the problem for the best help. Is it only "Bogging.. Slipping" underway or whilst running stationary ?
