What year is my motor?

I justed picked up an old Jonhson 10hp Sea Horse. All I have to go on is the Model# QD-19, and the serial# 1703197. Would sure appreciate any and all info on this motor, such as year, mix ratio, plug gap, and any other knowledge about this motor. Thank You!!
