I have a Chrysler 9.9 HP Electric start motor. Serial# m647572 what year is it.I think it is in the early 70's.

You'd do better getting an answer on the Chrysler forum. You'll need a model # to find the year. The first digit in the model # will be a 9. Chief ;)
