I reckon fitted with the cover from a 6 hp. E = Evinrude 4 = 4 hp R = rope start D = de-luxe model ( has FNR gears) H = No integral fuel tank L = long shaft CD = 1986 Read "Awakening a Sleeping Outboard" on the Engine FAQs board
