What Year Evinrude

I just purchased an old Evinrude Sporttwin, which appears to be a 9.5 hp. I need to get a new fuel pump for it and I'm not sure what year it is the serial # is 10023-50039, anyone know what year it would be and where I could get a new fuel pump?

10023 is the model number for a 1961 Evinrude 10HP Motor.
