What would these hoses typically connect to?

'86 Sundancer 260 Mercruiser
Engine has been torn apart a bit already, I'm wonder what the small rubber hose coming from the water pump connects to...heater?
Also the clear tube it starts at the fuel pump and goes to... guessing the fuel tank?

That one goes to either the carb or flame arrestor (depends on the carb) it's to dump fuel from a fuel pump failure into the carb so it doesn't go into the bilge.
The small hose on the circ pump is probably for a cabin heater or a water heater. You would typically find the pressure side of that unit on the intake or thermostat housing.
