im looking at buying a raker part no.394759 and not sure if it fits my motor .......is this a 13 or 15 spline? and will it fit a 1983 115 rude .thks

That should be a thirteen spline according to Michigan data sheet. It should fit.

Should be a 13 1/2 x 20 and will fit the motor you have.

If you're after a good bow lifter (and the Raker is) but don't like the price, try to locate a Turbo Lightning Jr or a Turbo Pro Cup. Kinda rare but will lift the bow too.
