What to use to fill holes and drill!

Good morning. I have a 1980 sea ray 245 da and the teak runners that go down each side of the hatch are loose.Someone previously installed larger screws so i cant do that. What filler do you suggest that i could drill after to resecure these to the boat?

Are you ever going to remove them again? If not install the screws into marine tex or PC 11 that is stiil not quite set up yet. You can fill and drill both those too....... OR enlarge the holes to 1/2" and use epoxy and wooden dowels ...... set and seal the dowels with pc11 or matine tex and re-drill. When you re-install the screws have some 3m 5200 on the threads too.
