What to do with the hull now: Gel Coat Question?

I just had my hull media blasted to removed some really old hard ablative paint. Some of the gel coat was stained from the copper that was contained in the paint but after some sanding I got rid of most of the stains. My problem is what do I do now? I don't keep the boat in the water so I don't need antifouling paint. I would prefer to keep it the way it is but I know I have to protect it with something since there are pits left over from the media. The gel coat is blue (not white then painted) but I can't find a sealer that is clear. The only thing I can find is this: http://www.go2marine.com/product.do?no=196682F&WT.mc_id=gb1 but it says it requries a primer which is grey. Has anyone use this product without the primer?

My fall back choice is to coat it with interprotect 2000E and then paint it with some interlux paint (interlux said I can use there paint on the bottom as long as isn't in the water for more the 72 hours).

Any help would be appreciated.
