I don't know if the brackets are upside down but to me it looks like they could move up and be mounted to the lower hole.

The other item that would help the fender rub would be to move you axle under the spring.

The bracket looks like its a universal fit for several applications and its welded to the frame. If that's the case the crossmember is in the highest position. Thus, your only option would be to move the roller bunks inward.

The crossmember IS installed correctly, so turning the bracket upside down would only serve to position it incorrectly.

its not welded the little block on the bottom is supposed to rest on top, the 4 holes are factory, someone drilled the other 2 so they could flip the bracket over. not sure what boat the trailer had on it before

So that's a welded block, it kind of looked like a nut.

Flip the bracket, reinstall the roller support and see what happens.

Moving the rollers inbound may help or you still might have to move the axle under the springs to get clearance for the fender.

The PO must have had a narrow boat on that trailer.

yep, think if i turn those over, raise it up a couple inches, then move the winch up to match, it would pull the boat forward, getting the rear rollers closer to the transom better fender axle clearance and fix the weight distribution(it's light on the hitch)all in one move:) after i do my impeller and lube change i will start a thread in the trailers and towing and get it done before spring. i wonder if i could take it to work on my day off to take use of the lift and air tools i'd be done in an hour. i could put a jackstand up front, a lift pad at each rear corner and lift it right off the trailer, flip the brackets then sit it back down:joyous:

15 short, 20 long, 25 extra long. The "transom height", per se', isn't important for the kicker, but rather the height where the kicker is mounted. The boat in your signature would probably do best with a short shaft kicker, whether you mount it on the transom or on a bracket.
thanks, i went with the short shaft, i think it was a good choice can't wait to try it outIMG_20130101_133357.jpgIMG_20130101_133447.jpg
