What Pitch Prop Do I Need?

Hi, I was wondering what pitch prop I need. My boat is a '96 Chris Craft 175, which weighs roughly 2,500lb and is powered by a Volvo Penta 3.0 GS with a SX Cobra drive. I'm unaware of the current pitch on the prop on there now, but it's a four blade, and I'd like to get a three blade, it has a couple dings in it, and the boat is only doing about 40mph. What pitch prop do you think would work best if I'm going for best performance?

40 seems pretty good speed to me.
We do need the info requested in"read this first" at the top of the prop forum.
