I'm wondering how to tell if a motor is air-cooled or water-cooled.

I have a West Bend Shrimp 2 (2 horse), model 2101 that I suspect is air-cooled. I'm guessing this motor is about 50 years old. I don't know if I can test-run it without a bucket of water and I'd hate to find out the hard way.

I understand that an air-cooled motor requires a standard mixed oil for 2-cycle engines rather than the water-cooled oil.

Thanks for your input!
