IMG_20230616_185819733.jpg I have my first boat and it's got this gauge on it that I have no idea what it does or even if it's working it doesn't seem to move...

what kind of boat and what type engine and drive. The first thing that comes to mind is a tilt and trim gauge. Second if you are holding it 90 degrees off it may be a rudder position indicator.

It's from a bow rider I'm holding it the same way it was mounted... The boat is equipped within 110 horse outboard.

That rules out my guess #2. More than likely tilt and trim gauge. Did you try tilting the engine up and down when it was connected to see if it would move. The sending units for those if that is what it is are more often the cause of it not working than the gauge itself.
