what is this called?

its the pin that goes thru e series of holes on the outboard motor bracket. when the motor is all the way down it actually sits on this pin. anyone know whats its called and where i can get one?

thanks brokenjaw...according to that diagram its a thrust rod...$135...haha....ill just drill a hole in my old one and use a cotter pin to keep it in...thanks
