What is this called and where to find?

Found this on the floor of my Chaparral today under the starboard gunnel. There are a total of 4 of these that support the steering and throttle cables, wire loom and other miscellaneous wires going from the engine up to the console. I can see the screw where it broke off from.
what the heck is this called and where do I get a new one?
