What is the part number for this regulator?

The low pressure regulator number 15 bolts down to the cooler and then one side has a fuel return hose that bolts to it/an adapter fitting number 19,

Everything I’m seeing online suggests you’ll have to pull off a rubber type plug to put the hose on the end of the regulator.
