So ... I'm winterizing my 2001 Chris Craft Constellation 26 (new to me in 2023) and inspecting all the systems and plumbing to see what I might have missed. I find this 'black box' next to my Cruisair Heat/AC (heat pump) unit tucked away behind a hatch cover in my aft berth. There are no wires or connectors (electrical or mechanical) going to this thing.
There are a couple impressive looking electrical recepticals on it but no matching plugs in the vicinity. Looks like a pneumatic line / stub on the top left that goes nowhere.
The only writing on the box is a maximum torque spec and a part number that even Google can't find.
I'm stumped.
