What hub?

Recently bought a boat with a Mercruiser Alpha 1. Immediately destroyed the prop on rocks. Ordered a new prop online. When it arrived, there was no hub. How do I find the right hub? Pull the old one out and put in new prop? Just what do I do now?

Props and hubs are sold separately, as you now know. Check the product information on the prop and it should specify which hub to use for your outdrive.

You *might* be able to use the existing hub set, but considering you damaged the previous prop, it may not be in the best of conditions.
