Go dig up coke bottles and return them for the deposit. Play a record. Program in basic. Complain about the graphics on the games.<br /><br /><br />We caught a bunch of fireflys a couple weeks ago. The kids loved it.<br /><br />Ken

We started a new crazy thing this past week with my neighborhood kids. They come over to my house twice week and we listen to an audio book. We are sitting in front of my CD player listening intently to Moby **** at the present time. It is really cool hearing it read and imaging all the images that go with the words.<br /><br />Little do they know I was an avid listener to "The Creaking Door" and "Phatom" remember all of you "Only the Phatom knows for sure.""

Logged with a set of belgians at 10 with papaw.<br />Had cold cried egg sanwich for lunch.<br />Go home and milk the cows and feed the animals.<br />Then to supper and then to bed.<br />5am came early back then.<br />The belgians would be waiting on us.<br /><br />Then the big thing was shooting the hog.<br />You couldn't get over there and finish it off, that was a grownup's job, but if you got to use the 22, you were the bomb.

Yep, kids don't understand that when they work the fields, it keeps a Mexican out of a job.<br /><br />They don't understand that mowing the grass is earning their keep.<br /><br />They don't undertand that work is a service that entitles them a payment, not to be present, breath air, and get a check.<br /><br />They don't understand that helping someone without gratuity feels better in the heart than in the wallet.<br /><br />And most importantly, They sure in the heck don't understand what "NO" means.
