i have replaced the deck of my boat and have fiberglassed over top of the plywood with 6 oz cloth using poly resin i have marideck vinyl for the floor i was thinking of spraying truck bed coating over the glass before laying down the vinyl as an extra waterproffing and to protect the glass as the old glass was painted anyway do you guys think the floor adhesive will adhere to the truck bed coating

Why not just do the truck bed lining and call it a day, I think it would look great. Do a google search on Durabak, there are several manufacturers that make this type of non-skid coating. Cabela's even carries some of it.

I put truck bed liner in my first boat and it looked wonderful. Little tip though, make sure you have enough to do 3-5 coats, and it tends to shrink up as it dries, so you'll need to put copious amounts on bends and what not.

I'd skip the vinyl and just put down bedliner. I put Herculiner on my fiberglass Jeep top several years ago. I used a roller on the flat parts and a brush on the smaller areas. It went on great and is as smooth as if it had been sprayed. The only trouble with Herc is that it only comes in black, red, and gray.
