My boat is two tone, Tan and green, so when I painted the trailer I did a two tone as well

The color you paint your trailer is limited only by your imagination...I like to be creative even with the trailer, because it sets mine apart from the rest!
I used direct to metal primer and automotive enamel sprayed with a Binks gun. It has been on the gray and red boat for over 20 years without a problem. The red and gray boat was sprayed with the same type paint and one of those (when on sale) $19.95 Harbor Freight spray guns. It has been on for about 5 years. Both boats are used on and around saltwater. The trick is a good clean surface and correct primer. I have seen aluminum boats painted with spray cans. Some flaked off and some stayed. Proper prep and primer made the difference.
Wow! that's a good looking get-up. Did you spray it?
Um, the boat in the pic is kind of a faded olive green. I take it that's NOT the color you want to match.I put a grey primer coat on the trailer yesterday and I am having a hard time deciding on a final color. I want the trailer and boat to match.
I was thinking a dark blue for the boat with a grey stripe and matching grey trailer?
Any suggestions?
Is that a plug in sprayer or one that will have to have an air tank, all I have is a pancake tank.
