Ok, I started this project a long time ago... I took the steering cable off because I cannot get the steering wheel to turn, it is bound up... I've been putting oil on it every day hoping it will free up, but I will probably have to purchase a new one. Anyway, Where it hooks up to the motor, I have forgotten how it assembles. It has been 14 years since I started this project and I am happy that I remember as much as I do!! here's some pictures. I think something is missing from the steering cable end where the motor's arm attaches.... Can someone tell me or post a picture of how the connection is done? I have a 1976 Mercury 1500.. here's the pics
