what about sno bowl?

i used to clean up the outside of old holley carbs with sno bowl toilet cleaner. it contains hydrochloric acid and made them shine like new. could you use this to clean the toons and make them shine?

I have never used it, but I have a couple of friends who do. It will do a good job but not like regular toon cleaners. But, it's much cheaper.

I used Dollar General Brand oven cleaner($1.25) and some light scrubbing with a scotch brite worked great.(some areas required a couple of coats)
