What´s the best replacement for AQ271C (or 570) 5.7 GM engine, ideally stroker?

Never seen valves look like that on a 5.7
Looks like the seat was installed and not ground maybe

Not much of a problem, however why the valve seat replacement?

I have not changed seats, these are genuine in a ‘89 engine. I just replaced the valves. I don’t know for sure and I don’t have good pictures, but it looks if they were this way when I pulled them off.

I’ve ordered the valves according to measurements from the old valves. Summit racing was not able to tell me part numbers based on the heads part number. Maybe that’s the problem, there have been wrong valves in the head before, and I just repeated that mistake.
Anyone has an open AQ271C and could measure the exhaust valves for me?
