Hello. I need some help here. I have a 2009 Supreme V220 with a Mercury Black Scorpion engine. My wet exhaust hose is about to fail. Its very soft! The part I need is the 90deg elbow that is the LAST part to exit the boat at the rear. I can find the straight exhaust hose that comes directly off the manifolds but cannot find the 90deg ones. I have tried local Marine shops including the local Supreme dealer who just said "Cant help you, have never needed this part before, and good luck"!! They did say to reference this number 202-3120-MA but that has been no help.
I have found Silicone 90s but they are smaller thickness and I don't think they will hold up.
The part is 4" OD, 3.5" ID, 1/4" thick and about 10.5" tall and wide. Any ideas of where I can get this. Wet exhaust hose does not last forever......and failure while sitting on the water = titanic!
Help! Thanks!Exhaust Hose.jpgIMG_4092.jpg

No clue where to find it especially considering a Supreme dealer gave you the cold shoulder

I'd find a 90 degree fiberglass tube same diameter as the exhaust and stub on two straight pieces of exhaust hose/tube to fit

I like both your ideas. I'll try the ebay idea and if that does not work I find a hard elbow and attach to the hull with straight rubber hose that is easy to find. Thanks!!

A few years ago I converted my manifolds and needed some 90s . I ended up finding and using some "osco elbows" I have the part numbers listed in this thread .
