Thalasso, I was already told that would not work!

:D

If your referring to the one someone, else posted yes. This vent is louvered but down at an angle so no water gets in. They are totally diff

Why won't it work? What makes it diff then what you have other then your vents down and the sides are closed. As long as the hose fits on it should work. In fact that's what is on my boat for the head fan. I am presuming that's the cover on the outside of your boat?

That was MT not the O/P... He was poking fun at me because he put up interior registers for an rv which looked kind of similar to what you posted and I indicated they weren't proper.

Thanks for the leads. Found one possible place for the original cover. If that doesn't work I will go with the clamshell and screen.

Anyone needing Wellcraft Parts - the company was taken over by The Benetau Group and they have maintained some models. There is a dealer in Brick NJ, Baywood Marina, who can get parts for certain models including the Coastal Line. Their tel no is 732-477-3322 or email part@baywoodmarina.com

M*rine E*st has a lot of plastic parts. I called them to find threaded vent cap screens for my Wellcraft 240 SE, they were the only ones that seemed to have anything close ( I looked at iboats first)
