Took advantage of the snow day to get some work done. <br /><br />This was the one thing I dreaded.. I didn't pre-cut the I/O hole before I installed the transom, and had visions of botching the cutout and having to rip it out and redo it. Found a 2" long straight carbide router bit and put it in my plunge cut router, and looks like I dodged the bullet. Whew!<br />

Looks Pretty Sweet........<br />You'll Proabably need to do some more clearencing around the tiller after you remount the outdrive to get full swing.....<br />I Always get alittle Nervious,+ Don't cutout enough around the tiller arm.....<br /><br />Keep Up the Great Work.....
