I won't even begin to talk about the formatting issues on mobile as it should be obvious how much work still has to be put in to get things useable.

Boy, I sure hate upgrades! But also understand how important they are!

Geeze, my head hurts!

I'm just glad it's back. Sure there are improvements to be made. Format changes take time to learn.
There is a lot of space between the end of text and end of post from what I'm seeing.
It will be fun chatting with everyone again and dealing with the new learning curve.

OK, so am I missing an arrow or something. No next/previous topic buttons??? Have to go to the top and back out then click on the next topic. pita
Yep. I hope this is resolved. The multiquote option is also missing.

Blood pressure is going back to normal. Withdrawal is a hell of a thing to go through.

No more boat manufacturers forums? Four Winns? Starcraft? Carver? Where are those threads? Can we at least read them without posting to them? Are they gone forever?

Also, can't find my old threads. You know, you used to be able to right click on a member name, and there was a list of options, like "profile", or "find all posts by...", or " find threads started by...." . ??

We'll all work together to find our favorite buttons. Try Subscriptions under your Profile for your threads. Warning, warning!! Even that's not right yet. We'll get there. Thanks for the patience. These are always painful, but we will all see this as second nature sometime soon.

What's funny is we are so far from a finished product that nobody is freaking out like they did a few years back. I think if the site looked like it was done, people would be be in a panic.

You have got to admit that it's ironic that releasing the product when it is this unfinished is actually resulting in fewer complaints and a better attitude than the last upgrade where things were much closer to being finished initially.

scipper77 I sure am glad you said that. Knowing it isn't finished yet gives us hope that it will be AWESOME once it's done..............I hope. LOL

seriously I am glad to know this isn't the finished product.

BTW is part of finishing going to be so I/we can get back to the forums like I used to without going to main page than clicking forums? not sure what it's missing, but I used to click my history dockside chat and come right here. now it takes me to a main page than I have to navigate here.

Yeah, thanks for saying that. It helps to know we've got some road to go yet. I've noticed several inconveniences, but perhaps they're on the way yet - so, I'll just hang in and see what comes together.

Thanks for all of the hard work. This is one of the best forums - in information, moderation and structure - that I've seen. I'm sure y'all will deliver a great setup.

I'm sure the boat manufacturers forums were there yesterday for while... I visited the Larson forum... don't see it now. Probably just a temporary casualty of some change or another.

Based on experience with past upgrades things will never be the same. We all reflexively click the same paths through the forums that when those options are moved or changed it just plain makes the experience suck untill our brain can reprogram itself to reflexively click through the new paths. There is just no getting around that. That is what at least 50% of complaints will be.

I can't find this button, or why did they have to make this feature so hard to find, it used to be right there.

I just noticed that now instead of a new posts option at the top of the screen there is a latest activity tab that kind of looks like it's part of the thread you are in.

EDIT: That tab is something else. I think if you click on forum and then latest activity you get new posts but I'm not really even sure of that yet. I'll wait a week or two before I formally start asking how to navigate with the new format cause it could change a lot in the near future.

Remember the "Filter" options.
