weight 1982 175 hp vs 1996 200 hp

I am replacing my older Johnson 175 with a newer 200. It goes on a bracket. I want to make sure I am not exceeding bracket strength. How much more does bigger engine weigh?

A 200HP E-TEC weighs 427#. A carb model will be 10-20# less.
