Weather rant... my turn.

[Knot Waiting]

Im beginning to doubt the existance of summer around here. Its been cold for like 8 months and aside from a few teaser days doesnt seem to be improving much. Last summer was cold and windy (felt like fall all year) and the summer before wasnt any better. Has anyone else noticed a change around them* or am I just being pessimistic?

Im crossing my fingers this is going to be the hot summer we've been missing (we had a glimpse of hope a few months back) but my faith is fading.


*No fair if you dont live in a seasonal state, lol.

I know what you mean about last summer. It seemed to be cold, windy, rainy or all of the above all summer. It was September before we finally go some nice warm weather. Global Warming my.....

This year so far, I got out for a few hours on May 2 and had the power trim on my drive go out. But that's been it.

This coming weekend is looking pretty good. Sunny and mid-60's. I'm hoping to make a run up to Winneconne to hit The Other Place for an Olive Cheddar Burger and some Sweet Potato Fries.

I love the Other Place, lil tricky docking on a breezy day though. Channel Cats has some killer food too.
Here's hoping for a better summer than last year (if those two weeks in Sept counts as summer)

I woke up to this today! First snowstorm was back on October 3rd. It has been a long winter for us folks in SE Wyoming. Boating season keeps shrinking every year.
