It just kills me Art. There was another one a few years back, same thing trapped under their truck with a huge firestorm that came out of nowhere.

There was video of the 5th (might have been the 4th) one being wheeled into the hospital today and he's moving his arms and looks like no problem . . . Yup, prayers.

A wind shift and it can get ugly real fast! We had a "small" woods fire a couple years ago. Took the brush in to attack it and the wind shifted and closed our only route off. Then it burnt through our 2 inch line. Left us with only shoulder tanks to fight it (and prayer). Wind shifted again and we were out of there like greased lightning! But for the grace of God ... Guess that is why I tear up when I read and see things like this. Hits very close to home.

The 5th firefighter is not expected to survive. 90% of his body is burned.

I got burned pretty bad a while back it has to be a horrible way to leave this world..............
