i have a 1986 40 hp yahama electric start engine on my pontoon boat . i have had two water pump impellers installed in the last 3 mo. it is stripping the plastic insert out of the middle of the impeller any ideas? also did this impeller orignaly have a metal insert. Thanks for any help, Ronnie
