forgot to turn on water but shut down rigth away<br />how do i make sure all the rubber pieces are out and is there a thermostat on both heads should i remove them and shoot water through
with no water and if you did not turn on the water and try again just replace the pump. the water flow is the only ting that will carry debris up the tube.
Sorry I should of added that was a while ago and i cant remember if i tried the water after that but i know i replace the pump. Ever sence then the water coming out of the pee hole is very weak at low rpm. I want to flush it out and make sure its clear whats the best way(sorry I'm new at this iboats thing)
did you replace the pressure valve diaphram as well? and have you removed and tested the t-stats? did you change the impeller only or the kit that includes the housing?
I dont know the boats as been out of service for over a year, as i have done a total rebuild on it. I was just getting to the engine and was going to do a rebuild on water pump fuel pump and thinking of just replacing the thermostat as it has never been changed and its a 1993 engine what do think
