water pressure was around 4 at idle and 18 at wot. Then 8 at idle and 30 at wot is something wrong or stuck

Snail shells, sand, wood chips, or impeller parts stuck in cooling drain ports.

If idle was still low, I'd throw the poppet into the mix.
