Water Pressure gauge size?

I just bought a 1997 Triton w/200hp Vindicator and the water pressure gauge was removed and hose plugged because of faulty gauge. (allegedly) Does anyone know what size water pressure gauge it should have 30psi or 60psi.. Also does anyone know what the psi should be at idle, wot? Thanks for all your help.. I did buy a service manual but it does not list what oper range should be.. Does anyone know if the owners manual would have these types of thing in them and if so where I can get them?

Most of them are of the 2" variety. A 30 lb model should work fine. One of the looper guys on the board can give you the pressures.
