Water Outlet Tube Question 1976 Merc 110 9.8hp

As the title says, I'm working on a 1976 Mercury 110 short shaft. What not getting water out of the weep hole. Impeller is new and is functioning properly. As you can see in the pic, the problem is the bottom of the water outlet tube is broken off. Been looking for a replacement (Part 32-39061) but it's not available anywhere. I went ahead and ordered some hard straight 3/8" copper pipe so I can make my own. What I'm hoping is that somebody on the forum has an OEM tube they can measure for me and give me a total straight line length as I'm not sure how much actually is broken off or if it's just the triangle piece that's chipped. Have you tried a dealer sometimes they have them around, also that part Nr. might be superseded or is used on various years and models. They would know.
