1994 Yamaha 90TLRS had water on the bottom plug. I found this when changing plugs today. What are the possible causes, and how do I trouble shoot? Other plugs were dry. Engine runs good, but has coughed and stopped a couple times recently when taking off from the dock after cold startup. Thanks.
