Water leaking from engine on 2005 tahoe Q4

I'm looking at a 2005 Q4 and the guy says he didn't winterize it last winter and now its leaking water from the engine. I sent him another email to find out exactly where its coming from. Would this be something major that will have to be fixed? I'll post again when he emails me back with more details.

I was stupid and listened to everyone around me last year, saying that you don't need to winterize in Louisiana. Big mistake, water was leaking from the engine, pouring out, and the block was cracked from freezing. Cost my >$7,000 for a new engine on a 1yo boat. Completely my fault, and nothing to do with the manufacturer. Insurance wouldn't pay for it either. Take it to a shop and get it checked out. They'll probably diagnose it for free.
