Water leak

Hi Guys <br />I tried the engine post , but I got no response so I tough I would try here<br />I need help with the fresh water heat exchanger on a VOLVO AQ125, The cap is leaking I have replaced the rubber washer and the cap goes on very tightly, but it still leak when I apply power.<br />the water is gushing from under the cap.Is there some other washer or sealing ring that I need to get? <br /> <br />Please HELP <br />Mario

Hi Boomyal<br />This is the cap for the fresh water system <br />(NOT THE CLOSED WATER SYSTEM)<br />The cap is about 3in in dia and I have replaced the flat rubber gasket, but it still leaks,<br />Any help will be appriciated. <br />Thanks<br />Mario
