Im getting different part number according to Mercruiser.

818834 new design
56296 old design

34567 washer

34933 nuts

But I will take your number with me to the marina when I go to order and inquire.

If this solves my leakage. I will be in great debt to you good sir. And if our paths shall cross, please know that the first round is on me.

that serial number show the bolt as #22 10-43691 , the 2 washers as #24 12-21900 and the nut as #25 11034087
If you have the mercathode system you could use bolts, you could also use the bolts and zincs pictured for additional protection

If you can reach them on the inside of the boat...Id say yes can be done without removing stuff.

Being that it's a 3.0, I'd say there's a good chance you can get to them on the inside.
