Water leak from 150 offshore

Help , I have a 1996 Mercury 150 Offshore and I have a dribbling water leak from the motor under the cover , I have added a pic, can someone tell me what this hole is , and should or should not this leak ? or what I should do to fix ? If I need too , thanks

Not clear enough to really see. Is this on the lower starboard (right) side of the block and is there a hose connected to it?? My first guess would be the vent hole for the "Poppet Valve". They are normally shaped like a figure "8".
If that is the case then the diaphram has a hole in it, cheap and easy to fix if that is the case.

Thanks "gss036" , Yes it is, on the right side of the motor , I will try to get a
better pic of it ,

Yep , you were correct ... $12.00 part and about an Hr to change ,
