Water in three cylinders

I have a 94 Wellcraft with a 94 200 Johnson v6. It has good compression and was running 5,600 to 5,800 rpm with a 17 pitch prop. I took it out the other day and after running an hour or so i heard the motor change pitch and I had lost 300 rpm at WOT. I took it home and checked my fuel/ oil delivery, Gear linkage was loose, adjusted it and took it out today. It ran great for a while then would loose power, die and come to a stop, It started right up and took off again. the third time it did not want to restart and when it did it had a knock and no power, I shut it down and flagged a passing boater that I offered payment for a tow back to the marina that was in site. I got the boat home and pulled the spark plugs to find three cylinders with water in them, two bottom right and one bottom left. ok, my guess is blown head gasket? hope someone has seen this before and can offer suggestions.

I suggest that you IMMEDIATELY go out, pull the spark plugs and spray the heck out of the inside of the cylinders with WD40 (or something...) to get the water out to keep the water from rusting the cylinders.

Ditto. Crank it over with the plugs out to get all the water out and spray some kind oil in the cyls. Ground the plug wires when doing this. Then do a compression check and ect to find out where the water came from.

were you running premix or oil injection

I have sprayed the cylinders with LPS, and the motor is oil injected, I don't know how to tell if the oil is mixing correctly except that it smokes when I first start it, the squize bulb is tight and I have to add oil to the reservoir. I have been using TC-W3 oil.

go to auto store and get a compression guage.
