When I bought the boat, I drained the tank. Then I put water evaporate in it. Every time I take it out my filter fills up with water. Any idea what I can do?

sounds like you didn't drain all the old fuel/water mixture out of the tank. most of the water evaporators are snake oil. HEET works well as does plain rubbing alcohol. alcohol is a natural water evaporator. however I don't how alcohol will affect the engine so I may would drain all the fuel out after letting the alcohol set in the tank for a few days. also may want to try a fuel/water separator. or yo could be getting a bad fuel supply from where ever you get gas. just my .02

I'd recommend pulling all the fuel out and separating the water from it. Then open the tank sender hole and make sure it's pristine in there.

If you have a built in tank and it sounds like you do, you should also have a fuel vent outside the hull. This vent is a common source for water entering the tank from spray while running. To prevent water from entering thru the vent, an upward coil of the vent line is needed between tank and vent. Otherwise you may be getting contaminated fuel when purchasing it. It is a problem in my area so I regularly use blue stabile, some claim it is snake oil, but I can certainly tell when I don't put it in my fuel, I also use it in my car and I can tell when I forget to put it in there as well.

A lot of people believe that fuel additives dont do much of any thing if at all and refer to them as snake oil.

I'd remove all in that tank. Add a gallon of the gas to your car every fill up to get rid of it. Every month I add Ring Free and Stabil to my gas.
