I have a 2002 Proline WA with Mercury outboard. My problem is my boat sits heavy on starboard side. I cut a 6x6 square close to transom and noticed the foam is soaked with water, removed some of the foam and pumped the water out. This water accumulates when it rains whether the boat is in water or in the drive way. I tried to cover the bait tank, rod holders, hatch areas other areas but still water accumulates. Water even gets into area where cables run from engine to cockpit through a PVC pipe. I can pump out water but I need to fix this issue. Any help, advice or suggestion is highly appreciated.
