? Water in gear oil

I changed the gear and motor oil on my f90 today. The motor oil was fine, but the gear oil had a very small white streak in otherwise clear oil. The oil was in her for 1 1/2 yrs. I'm wondering if this could be due to a little condensation in the lower unit or if there is def a leak? I'm planning on using her and checking the gear oil again halfway thru the summer. Any thoughts?

If it was just a very small amount I'd do what you plan to do. Make sure you replace the washers and the plugs are in tight.
