Water in gear oil

Does anyone know why i might be getting water in the gear oil after impeller change its a 82 johnson 115 2 stroke also seems there is water coming out were lower bolts back up.

Also have not had on the lake yet just hooked up the hose to it

Suggest taking the water pump back apart, making sure to change the gaskets and seals which come with the impeller kit.

There's a leaking seal, but it's impossible to say which one without doing a pressure test. Take a look at the parts diagram on shop2.evinrude.com - the only seal associated with the water pump that might cause this would be the driveshaft seal (#7 on the gearcase diagram for your engine).
